Information Collected from Member(s): HC.com collects “personal information” from Members, to operate the Site and to provide information and/or advertisements for products or services that may be of specific interest to the Member. Personal Information collected by HC.com includes, but is not limited to a Member’s name, address, email address, phone number, and "financial information" including credit card information and passwords. HC.com also collects “demographic information", including but not limited to, location, zip code, gender, user name, age, and date of birth. HC.com does not collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.

IP Address: HC.com collects your IP address, HC.com Cookie information, and the web page from which you came. HC.com uses your IP address to provide a better Member experience, to assist us in identifying you, and to gather demographic information.

HC.com may also use cookies to deliver specific content to an individual Member, to save a Member’s password, and/or to save other personal information so that a Member does not have to reenter it when Member returns to the HC.com Site. Use of Personal Information: HC.com may utilize Member’s email address and other personal information assist in the operation the Site, to contact Member regarding membership or other matters on the Site, including but not limited to emails, information, or changes in policy that could affect your relationship with HC.com, and to forward messages to you from other HC.com users. HC.com may share Members’ personal information with HC.com’s agents, representatives, affiliates, partners, contractors and/or service providers in order to obtain or provide support services. These services include, but are not limited to credit card authorizations, transactions, email origins, or other support services and Member/user management services. HC.com does require all third party service providers to not use Member information for any other purpose. A third party with whom HC.com shares Members’ personal information with is only authorized to use a Member’s information in accordance with the contractual arrangement between HC.com and the third party.

Use of Financial Information: HC.com uses Member financial information to verify a Member’s qualifications and to bill for services. By engaging in any activity or transaction which uses financial information on the HC.com Site, Member consents to HC.com providing financial information to service providers and other third parties as are necessary to support and process Member’s activities and transactions. Third parties include but are not limited to credit card processing companies and associated banking institutions which process or support a particular transaction or activity. A Member’s personal or financial information may be provided to a third party in certain circumstances, including the transfer of ownership or assets, bankruptcy, in compliance with the law, or in the protection of the interests or safety of HC.com or other HC.com Members.

Use of Demographic and Other Information: HC.com may review a Member’s demographic information, and utilize other information to assist other Members or content/service providers in communicating with said Member. HC.com may utilize demographic information to assist the Site in determining communications specific to your interests. HC.com may share demographic information with advertisers. HC.com shall only share demographic information with advertisers on an anonymous basis.

Third Party Information Collection: HC.com contains links to third party websites. HC.com does not control these third party websites or their privacy practices. This privacy policy does not apply to any third party website. Members are responsible for reviewing the individual privacy policies of each third party site, and knowing what information they may collect.

Changes to Privacy Policy: HC.com may utilize personally identifiable information under different policies or guidelines from that stated at the time of initial information collection. HC.com shall place members on notice of said changes via email by providing notice on the Site. HC.com reserves the right to modify this privacy policy and associated practices without notice.
